First of all I want to thank all the Ark Housing Trust staff for their help and support over the last few months. If I needed a food parcel they would collect one for me. If I just needed advice they were always there to help me.
If it wasn’t for their help and support I don’t think I’d be where I am today – back in full-time work and happy in life.

Applying for housing with ARK is simple. You tell us where you’d like to live, a little bit about yourself and your circumstances, and provide us with your contact details. We will then contact you to discuss your housing need and arrange to meet up to have a chat and see if we can help.
Sometimes the vulnerabilities of the adults we house cause them to exhibit behaviour that may be outside the bounds of what would be considered normal or acceptable within the community. If and when this happens, please record details of the incident on this form. Our support workers will then be able to investigate and address the issue, so reducing the frequency of any future incidents.
